How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Troublecruise Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • What it was like to call or contact Troublecruise Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Troublecruise Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us a Complaint

Email contact@troublecruise.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
